IRISH CREAM Liqueur recipe

After making the homemade whiskey, today we’re preparing the Irish cream liqueur: really spectacular 🤪. It’s a recipe very simple but with guaranteed result. As you know, I don’t like to say or write unnecessary words, so let’s see immediately what the ingredients are and how to make it.

 

INGREDIENTS

WHISKEY             300 ml

CREAM                 300 ml

SUGAR                   150 g

COCOA POWDER     1 teaspoon

COFFEE                      1 tablespoon

INSTRUCTIONS

1) In a saucepan, combine the sugar, cocoa powder, coffee, and cream. You can use cooking or whipping cream.

2) Place the saucepan over medium-low heat and stir well using a spatula.

3) Stir and cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.

4) Once the sugar is dissolved, remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool completely. Very important for a perfect Irish cream liqueur.

5) Add the whiskey to the cooled mixture. Stir well and transfer to a bottle.

The Irish cream liqueur is ready. Enjoy responsibly and consume in moderation.
