Well, let me introduce myself: my name is Andrea and I am a person who follows his passions and who likes to share. Share with friends in the flesh and share with friends online.
I think this was basically what pushed me to start my YouTube channel and this site.
I don’t feel like a chef , nor a master baker or a master brewer, because probably i am the opposite but I like how one friends described me in one important event : FOOD RESEARCHER.
My goal is just to show that with a lot of research and a lot of passion we can create products from our cuisine at home, made by us, with our hands and above all with our heart and with great satisfaction.
Obviously if the result is Spectacular 😉
