The apple cake in a pan is a great dessert to enjoy with family for breakfast or snack time. It’s extremely easy to make and super quick. Plus, you won’t have to worry about preheating the oven, heating up the whole kitchen when it’s hot outside… in short, in just a few minutes, you can enjoy a delicious apple cake.

INSTRUCTIONS
1) In a bowl, pour the milk, sugar, and eggs, then whisk them together.
2) Add the room-temperature butter and mix.
3) Add the flour and baking powder, preferably sifting them, and mix again.
4) Grate some lemon zest and mix.
5) Butter the fry pan and sprinkle some sugar. Arrange the slices of apple, which you will have previously peeled and cut, and distribute on them our batter evenly.
6) Put the lid on the pan and place it on the smallest gas burner on low heat for about 30/40 minutes.
7) Check that the cake is cooked enough to be flipped, then flip it like a frittata.
8) Let it cook for about another 10 minutes, and our apple cake in a fry pan will be ready.
TIPS: If you like, you can add a chopped apple into the batter.
